In the one-day workshop, we offer you the opportunity to get to know us better and to better assess the scope and resources of a digitalization project in your company. In the Digital Readiness Check, we determine the maturity level of digitalization, make a rough process analysis and already outline potential fields. Both offers can serve as a valuable basis for the development of a digitalization strategy. In this work, we analyze the current situation in detail and work with you to create a concrete implementation plan for the areas with digitalization potential in the company.
